Part of a rustic house, very quiet, in a large flowered garden with century-old trees. In a rural, isolated and idyllic setting, far from roads, just 200 meters on foot from the sea on the gulf side, with its secret coves. The nearest neighbors are oyster farmers where you can taste oysters. Close to the coastal path and in a protected area. Ideal for hiking, nature and swimming. Sarzeau is a lovely small town with all essential shops. The holiday home is 2 km from Brillac, where you will find a grocery store, bread and a tobacco shop. Bed linen and towels available on request, for an extra fee. The accommodation includes a large living room, 2 bedrooms and 4 beds: - On the ground floor: living area with kitchen, dining room and lounge with fireplace (wood in the garden), a toilet, a bedroom accessible via one step (1 double bed 140 cm) and a washbasin in the room. - Upstairs: a bedroom (1 double bed 140 cm) with bathroom and toilet. The bathroom is accessed through the bedroom. The staircase is steep and not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Outside, French windows open onto a large garden with table, chairs, armchairs and parasol. At the top of the garden, about 100 meters from the house, a large raised wooden terrace offers views of the Gulf of Morbihan and sunsets. A parking space for your car is under the trees, near the holiday home. Amenities: electric oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, small refrigerator (85 cm high), TV (52 x 32 cm), small electric barbecue, hairdryer, wifi. The rental is semi-detached to the main house (usually unoccupied). If the house is occupied, the garden is shared. On request, extra sleeping space for 2 (sofa bed, extra fee). Baby bed available.
