The accommodation has a large living area, 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4: - Ground floor: an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with a fireplace (wood available in the garden), a toilet, and a bedroom up one step (one 140 cm-wide bed) with a washbasin. - Upstairs: a bedroom (one 140 cm-wide bed) with a bathroom and toilet. Bathroom accessed through the bedroom. The stairs are steep and unsuitable for people with reduced mobility. French doors open onto a very large garden with a table, chairs, armchairs and a parasol. At the top of the garden, about 100 metres from the house, a raised wooden terrace offers views of the Gulf of Morbihan and sunsets. A parking space is available under the trees near the cottage. Amenities: electric oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, small fridge (85 cm high), TV (52 x 32 cm screen), hairdryer, Wi-Fi. The rental adjoins the main house (often unoccupied). When the house is occupied, the garden is shared. On request, extra sleeping space for 2 people (sofa bed for an extra charge).
